The best way is to contact Madeleine Linares: madeleinel@xxxxxxxxxxxx.
She can put a hold on the book for you and put it back on the checkout
queue. It is probably sitting in her approval pile right now. If you
write her and explain why you sent up the book for approval, she may
look it over, send you feedback, and put it back in the queue for you
to download again.
Do you understand the "hold for" system? This is a way for proofers to
get books from particular scanners. These people submit their scans
with (hold_for_X) as part of the title of the book. These books are
set aside for particular proofers. That's huccum you should never
download a held book unless it is held for you, of course.
Again, write Madeleine and she'll sort out the matter, as the brits say.
