Since Charisma is a volunteer she may have done it this way to have
descriptions
or to get submission credits toward her membership. Either way, I thought it
was permissible.

Author and publisher submissions are okay, but in that case it would not
appear in the checkout list. At least, it wouldn't unless it accidentally
did. Carrie is now handling publisher and author submissions and they enter
the collection labeled as submitted by Bookshare staff.
