Ok. Considering the book is  91 scanned pages in Microsoft Word, I suppose I'll 
just add the page numbers than.

  Carrie said if the children's books are under 50 pages or so and do not have 
numbers in the print book, then it is not necessary to add them. Over 50 then 
they should be added even if they aren't in the print book.
