Pam has it right. Carrie is the single point of approval so books wait while
she is on vacation. No need to hold off checking in your book.

If the question is because Carrie's on vacation, there is nothing different you
need to do. She just wanted to let us know that the "Books for Approval" will
be stacked up again by the time she got back.
