Windows XP. I am aware that I can delete cookies under tools then internet
options, but I am not sure if this deletes all cookies or just the internet.

Hi. This might not solve your problem, but try deleting the bookshare.org cookies. I know of no easy way to do this without deleting all cookies which isn't what you want. I had a similar problem with going in circles until I did this. Also, if you are running beta versions of screen readers you might have this. I've noticed odd behavior with IE and Window-Eyes 5.0 beta 1 that didn't used to be there.
