[bksvol-discuss] Problem Submitting A Book

Hey Guys, I just tried to submit a book and got the following message after 
hitting the Submit button:

Warning
There was a problem processing your book submission. Our support staff has been 
notified.

Anyone else seen that one before? I haven't.
