I like abe.com. I have found at least one book there which did not appear anywhere on Amazon. The pages are less bulky and padded with fluff than Amazon's as well.

Between my student days and my involvement with Bookshare, and that's a mighty long time, I never thought of being a book buyer. What are some of folks favorite on-line sources? There was, for example, a site called Powel's books, <powels.com> I think, that used to advertise on Writer's almanac. The site looked interesting; so any other favorites worth noting?Just thought I'd ask after reading the discussion of Caitlin R. Kiernan etc.-- Keep Water and other dietary supplements free from government meddling; go to <www.saveinternetradio.org> Oops, Too many pressing issues!
