There is no way to sort step 1 for quality currently available on step 1 itself. There used to be a link on Jake's site.
A way to go to a page and quickly note quality of books all on one page is to use the "books in progress" list and go through step 1 that way. It lists all the books but it is the fastest way I know of to spot fair and poor books.
