Hi Jill,

        I don't know the answer to your question for sure. However, I'd bet
that the number of people who can and do use the text visually is far
greater among the Bookshare patronage than those who have no use for it.
Just my guess though.

Thank you for your response. I saved your scanning tips email from a while 
back and plan to see exactly what you do. Has Bookshare ever given us 
statistics on how many people have subscriptions who don't either use 
braille or screen readers? In other words, how many users are there where
