Mike,

I don't know if this will help you at all, but my
Netscape 7.2 allows ne to save my IDs and Passwords
for each site if I want. The first time I put in the
ID and password, e.g., for bookshare, I'm asked if I
want to save it for that particular site. Since I am
the only one using my computer, I say yes. Of course,
this won't be good for you if you're using a computer
at the office, probably. Netscape 7.2 also allows be
to block pop-ups. I find it faster, too, than Safari
and even use it now more than IE because of those
features.
