E,

She knows this. I recall seeing a message last year posted by her good
friend Louise saying that when they talked, this submitter said she did not
have time to proof her scans. And louise said that if the submitter was
ever mentioned by name again, she, Louise was "outta here". And since Cindy
has sent several forwards from her to the list, she must not be on it
anymore. Since the submitter does know, I, for one, have no qualms
regarding rejecting these poorly scanned books if I see they cannot be fixed
without rescanning.

Actually I had to do quite a lot of work with Kurzweil to bring her poorly
rated book to excellent. The space and hypen in words and some improved
scanning settings could mean her books could become easy validations
instead of rejections and books requiring much work for a validator to fix
up.

Perhaps pride in her work will help.

Improvement does seem to be occurring though, as I said, her settings need
tweaking.
