Page 46 looks like it's a review of chapter 3 in a numbered list format.

On Amazon, there are paperback and hardcover copies of this book. There are also three separate editions. NONE of these include a "Look Inside" peek option. I checked with my library and they don't have any of them. I checked with the whole county and they also don't have any of them.
