I have taken a break from proofreading for a while, and, getting back to it,
I have 2 questions.
1. My book has some page numbers at the top of the page, and others
at the bottom. Should I change them to be all one or the other?
2. Some pages have the heading [drawing], probably added by a
conscientious scanner. Do I need to do something to protect these headings
from the stripper? I understand the stripper isn't as aggressive as it used
to be.
