Hey guys, 
I am proofing a book that has certain pages numbered. It is not an even page or 
odd page thing. For instance, the page before chapter 3 begins is blank and 
chapter 3 is not numbered but the page after it is. Do I insert in the missing 
page numbers or leave it be. I do know that I should give the blank page a 
"[blank page] text but number or not to number is my question.
