I agree. I looked today but we don't have the book.
I'll keep looking though. If you reject the book, keep
the file. Then if I ever see the book I can let you
know and can scan the missing pages for you and you
can submit it without having to do a lot of scanning.
I'm going down to San Diego tomorrow, and I'll check
those library's Friends' stores and shelves, too --
also for the other books on my list.
