Good morning, All.

I remember a very long time ago learning from this list that it was  
alright
if sometimes your page numbers were in bold, you could just pass them by
without "unbolding" them.  The book I'm working on now has some page
numbers in italics.  Is it the same story, can I just let them be,  
that it's alright?
