My question is if it's an excellent scan and if a validator has put some time
into making it an even better scan, why are we rejecting. This happened to
"The Dog Listener" and now I am working on another one. Perfect scan except
for a few problems, which I have fixed. Now, like "The Dog Listener" I will
not get my credits and somebody else has done a beautiful job that will be
wasted! I will reject these 2 books but very, very reluctantly!
