I thought it was decided that publisher quality books didn't need page
breaks because the publisher submits the file that they submit for
publishing, and when it is a hardcover book it will have different page
breaks than when it is a paperback book, or a large print book, or other
versions of the book.
Not that I am saying I agree with that decision, but I thought that is just
the way it "had to be".
