Hi all,

Original message:
What does PG stand for?
Barbara

Barbara, those of us who have been on the Net for ages just assume that people know what we're talking about. PG stands for Project Gutenberg. It is the oldest and most respected repository for etexts in the Public Domain. It has been in existence since 1976 when Michael Hart typed in the entire text of the KJV into the mainframe at his university. Forget which one it is, It's not Notre Damme, but one nearby.
