I'd try restarting your computer.
I get this error sometimes and I think it's because there's a notification
somewhere and it blocks out part of the screen.

Hi Folks,
I can’t read my email messages with my regular cursor; does anyone know what
I need to change to be able to do this again?
I noticed that I had gotten an update overnight. (I hate it when this
happens.) I checked my browser which is still IE8 thank goodness. But then
when I tried to read my email, there is nothing visible to my JAWS! I have to
hit the JAWS cursor (and not the insert key and JAWS cursor, which does not
work.) Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks so much!
