What is the file extension of the file that you are trying to unzip? I believe
there is still an option to download books in the old .bks format. Your Windows
unzip feature won't help with these. Kurzweil should be able to handle them,
though. Do you get some kind of error message when you try to unzip them? I'm
sure that we could be of more assistance if you could tell us which operating
system you are using, the steps you are taking to unzip them, and what format
you re downloading, along with any error messages you encounter along the way.
You should not need a program from Bookshare to open these files.
