Hello,
No, the file does not need to be open, as a matter of fact
shouldn't be. And spaces will do as well as underscores. I use
spaces exclusively.
Hope this clears things up a bit for you.
And good luck. I know this whole business can be frustrating, but
once it's been ironed out, I'm sure you'll find it much less trying.

and tricks. My offer to just send the file to someone, so you can at
least benefit from my minor edits, still stands; but I get the feeling
that's somehow a bad precedent.
