[bksvol-discuss] On a snowy night

I tried to find the book on the step one page but it's
gone from the download list. It's true, Mike, that
that book isn't on the copyright site, but I think I
did see Angels for Christmas there, so you shouldn't
have a problem.
I wanted to check to see what was listed as copyright
holder on the form and what the copyright page said.
Could someone who has the copyright page please send
it to me? I don't know what was listed on the upload
form because, as I said, the book is no longer on the
download page. Is someone working on it or has it
finally been approved?
