If you are not going to work on the book you should release it since
you've attempted to get a hold of the validator and had no luck.
I've seen Patricia's name on several books that have been kicked back for
copyright checks. Neither the particular submitter of those books nor
Patricia seem to understand that when a book says Copyright XXXX by ABC that
ABC is the copyright name, not the publisher.

I still haven't heard from Patricia Kepler, nor, apparently, had Kellie been able to get a hold of her.
I downloaded Oklahoma Sweetheart, by Caroline Davidson, a Harlequin historical romance #780, because Patricia apparently had validated it and all that was needed was confirmation of copyright or some such thing. I was hoping she'd let me know so I could release it, she could download it and upload her validated copy.
So--if anyone wants to validate it, let me know and I'll release it. I haven't looked at it, so I don't know if it's in good shape or not, but I have enough things to work on. smile
