If you don't hear from the scanner, I can obtain the
book and get the pages for you. I've requested it, but
with the holidays and the fact that I may be out of
town for a couple of days afterward, I probably won't
be able to get the book until Jan. 3 or 4.
If you do get the pages from the scanner or don't want
to wait until I can get the book, please let me know
and I'll cancel the request.
