Cindy,
What's funny is that growing up in California I had no idea what a cellar
was. My extended family in Utah, hade basements, but I really didn't
understand how valuable they could be till I was an adult. I moved to
Minneapolis, and there I got my education in this fact. Now, I live in
Utah, and someday, I will own a home with a basement. I will just have to
keep it from flooding. (smile)
