Yeah, and if you want to make caramel that's up to dg320 or so. I think
there is a way to tell if water is boiling if you listen. The problem is
what I may think is boiling might be simmering. There is a metal disk you
can get and you put it in a pot of water and it will make a racket when
the
water is boiling. Problem is, what if you have more pots on the stove
where
