Oh, dear. How unpleasant. The daughter of one of my
friends who joined the Peace Corps a few years ago was
sent to inner Vanautu, and had a similar unpleasant
experience. On the other hand, another friend's
daughter went to Nigeria and not only had a wonderful
experience but met and married a handsome and
wonderful Nigerian.
BTW, my French is very rusty; what's une brousse?
