Ccleaner from www.filehyppo.com

This works, as my PC has a funny habit of not letting Disk Clean up to do
its job, CCleaner short for "crap cleaner" cleans out the stuff that my disk
clean up leaves behind.

Sadly, Katie's question hasn't prompted much feedback as I too would be
interested in what others might be using and their reactions to it.
