Evan,
You can also try searching the bksvol-discuss and bookshare-discuss archives
on www.freelists.org for references to "AVG" and/or "attachment". You'll
probably find a previous message to one of the lists which explains the
problem.
There's more than one way to find our lists on FreeLists's website, but I
usually just go to the page which lists nonprofit organizations and search
for Bookshare. Once you've found the page for one of our lists, look for
the word "archive". The link following the word will take you to it.
There'll be a search field at the bottom of the archives page for each list.

I asked my husband about the attachment thing. He isn't too sure now, it's
been a while since he tinkered with it. He said to look in the help file
and the FAQ. He believes that's how he found out what to do.

Mine does that too, Evan, even thhough it tells me there is no virus found.

Could anyone give me some info on why AVG Antivirus tells me I have email
attachments on at least half the emails I get when they really don't? Is
there any way to stop this? It's a minor thing, but it bugs me. I know it
has to be AVG because this didn't happen before it was installed, but I find
nothing obvious in the Control Center that would put the kibosh on this
behavior.
