Subject: [bksvol-discuss] OT: Updating DTBP Firmware

We just discovered that, unlike my Digital Talking Book Player, Lissi's does
not have the updated firmware that contains the Bookshelf feature that allows
you to get a blank book cartridge and put multiple books on it. I know there's
a USB port on the side of these things; can I update the firmware myself from
some NLS site on the Internet, or do we have to order another player to get
that feature for her?

Thanks much.
