Hi,

I receive my Qwest bill in Braille.  My bank statements and my credit card
statements are readily visible on-line.  I think it really just depends on
the companies involved, and how accessible they make their sites.

It certainly ought to be possible for all of you to be able to read bills
from utilities, the phone company, and such online and pay them online as
well.  Lots of banks offer online bill paying accessible to blind folks and
most utilities and many other companies show customers bills online.
