At least here, I have the bill pay set up but I can't access the online 
bills with any degree of accuracy.  PDF anyone?

It certainly ought to be possible for all of you to be able to read bills
from utilities, the phone company, and such online and pay them online as
well.  Lots of banks offer online bill paying accessible to blind folks and
most utilities and many other companies show customers bills online.
