[bksvol-discuss] OT. The Glass Virgin

Hello,

I downloaded The Glass Virgin by Catherine Cookson from Step 1 and am
interested enough to read and correct cover to cover.  However, the first
part of the book has no page numbers and no page breaks, just a line
skipped.  The last part has a fulll-length line formatting for RTF and has
page numbers....  So how can I make all of it look like that?
