Cindy, a grain is actually 65 milligrams so it's quite
large. I don't intend to measure powders to put into
capsules and most of that is done by machines nowadays
anyway.

Mostly you have to know because some older doctors
still write scripts in grains or less often, scruples.

I intend to work in a hospital pharmacy and preferably
in a cancer center pharmacy mixing chemotherapy bags.
