Hi Reggie,
Sorry to hear that your BN came home from PDH and started misbehaving. I
hope you've been hounding them mercilessly about it. I find that the BN
works extremely well for editing txt files, although there can be some
issues with line breaks and whether they're kept or displayed or not, so
that one issue can be a bit tricky. Word eats page breaks in txt files
though. There are usually lots of rtfs, so just working on them makes sense
and will allow you to use your volunteering time efficiently without you
having to worry that something will self-distruct on you. <grin>
