Personally, I don't really find it frustrating. If you've never seen pictures, you can't really miss them. A lot of sighted people feel bad that I can't see pictures, but I really never think about it. Maybe if one couldsee pictures at one point in your life... maybe then it would be more frustrating for some. But I could see pictures when I was younger and I still don't miss them. But this is just me. They're still important to include because some people like them and perhaps kids would especially enjoy them. I don't know.
