Hello to All
I am on a list of parents of blind children I wanted to aske to see if
they could help me with some research. Anyway there was a Question I wanted
to try to find the law that says that if a child will loose his/her sight as
an adult Braille must be taught to them. It was I think an amendment to PL
94 142 from 1997. Does anyone know where I can find the exact wording?
