Option 1 You can export the contents and then import the corrected version.

Option 2 you could import the second older files and delete what you don't want.

Option 3 you could export all addresses, bookmarks and email save them in on a cd or flash, crash your system and re install everything. (sorry I could not resist)

Feel free to contact off list.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] OT: Outlook 2003/2007 query...

Hi,

On my various Windows computers, I have either Outlook 2003 or 2007
installed. I generally like the feature where it suggests the name/address
of someone to whom I want to send an email. Unfortunately, this auto-fill
feature seems to gets its data from someplace other than the contacts
folder. Thus, I have years worth of people in my fill-in list who are
entirely out of sync with my contacts folder - some are newer, others older
and, on reasonably frequent occasions, it tries to send an email to a
defunct address.

Does anyone know how to flush the buffer from which Outlook gets this
information? Perhaps more useful would be a way to edit the list and add
items to the contacts folder as it contains some addresses which do not
exist in my contacts.

Thanks to anyone who knows this one...

Enjoy,
cdh

Hi Chris,
If you can possibly get your hands on a book called A Currency of Hope, by
Debtors Anonymous, I would owe you huge time--as opposed to big time.

Thanks.

Hi,

At some point later today, I plan on copying the wish list from the BSO
site
to my Windows phone running Mobile Speak Smartphone and, tomorrow, my
friend
Tom and I will haunt the local used book shops to find as many as we can.
We'll then bring them to Kinko, have their bindings cut off and I'll go on
a
scanning frenzy.

If anyone has a "High priority" wish that we can fulfill, please send it
along and we'll look a bit harder for the title.

Some of these stores specialize in nice looking books which they sell by
the
yard to fill up bookshelves in expensive condominiums. Thus, we'll run
into
electrical engineering text books from 1910 and auto maintenance books
about
Packards which will probably make us laugh a bit at the anachronism of
finding such for sale in 2008. Even in these places, though, we will find
the odd treasure and for us such a scavenger hunt will be a pretty fun
game.

Enjoy,
cdh
