Sometimes when my regular keyboard does this, I turn it upside down and gently
shake it back and forth to see if there is something lodged under the keys. I
don't know if that is advisable with a laptop, because I don't know how
delicate they are. But you may just have a little piece of something stuck
under a key, Julie.
