After receiving Dave's e-mail on the book information cite, I did a little
research of my own and found out that Amazon.com has something called Amazon
Upgrade where they provide books that you can read online. I do not know if you
can read these books with a screen reader. You can sign up at Amazon.com to
receive a subscription to Amazon Upgrade that will inform you when these books
are available to download.
