I agree with many of your concerns. Bookshare needs to consider many of the
suggestions made here to keep their volunteer group motivated and
interested. Without the volunteers Bookshare would be growing much slower.

The money part does not particularly bother me. What does bother me is the
issues I have mentioned previously. I am also concerned that, though we
had our little chat in person on March 26, it is now April 16 and narry a
peep about changes or improvements. I know patience is a virtue. So is
dilligence.
