Hey Kelley,
I opened the book in question and got as I was arrowing aroun "invalid page
number, no pages". Which says to me that the thing couldn't be converted
at all. Very weird.

them if you were validating the file. And if you were and you didn't see
them, it's because it was probably those weird section breaks that some
programs use for page breaks.
