Might I suggest a list of random books? Lists of bestsellers contain titles that everyone who is interested in that list, whether it be general bestsellers or bestsellers from specific topics or genres, already know about anyway. A list of random books from, say the science fiction category or some other category, would inform people of the availability of books that they might be interested in, but did not know about.

I spend a good part of my time reading books from that genre already, and I may have some of the bestsellers on myshelves without knowing it. If I scan them for Bookshare, will they help with the numbers for the grant since they're nonfiction and educational? Finally, if I buy a bestseller and find out that it's too big for my scanner, would it be possible for you to chop and scan it on your end?
