Hi Reggie and Susan, The reason that titles and chapter headings especially ought to be enlarged is because the enlarging is what tells the daisy navigation tools how to find a chapter heading. If we don't enlarge the chapter titles, then if someone wants to go to chapter 4 from page 6 in the book, they can't do that. Daisy navigation is supposed to allow us to do that kind of jumping. This is something the old bookshare tools did not allow for, but the new ones do. In the old days, we could only jump by page. Now, if we enlarge headings and bold them, we can also jump to a chapter or section of the book. That's why they're good to have enlarged. If you go to the scanning and proofreading manual, Reggie, there are detailed instructions for proofreading using Microsoft Word that Judy created for folks like you with questions that need answering. They really are great instructions. Check them out! Wonder if this is really carved in stone? Sure do hope not! Now, I must be really doing a horrible job. How do I change just the header in Word to the 16? I did not know that was a requirement and wonder how my books have been being accepted. Can someone help so Pavi doesn't send one of my submissions back for the lack of that font for chapter headers. Thanks. Reggie
