I don't believe that Word 2002 works with Windows 7. I know that, when
we bought my parent's Vista computer a couple of years ago, they said
we had to have at least 2003 to work with it. I would assume it is the
same for 7. I know Kurzweil 12 is supposed to work with 7 , but am not
sure about earlier versions.

Not too long ago I got a new computer and was lost for quite a
while. I downloaded and read 2 books from bookshare, and they were
very helpful. They were:
“Windows 7, The Missing Manual” and “Windows 7, The Definitive
Guide.” You might try these books; hope this helps!
