A thought that comes to mind in regards to your comments, Doug, is the
possibility of matching up new proofers with experienced proofers. So a new
proofer could take a first swipe at the book, then pass it on to an experienced
proofer who could do a final review and also provide helpful and meaningful
feedback to the new volunteer....just some thoughts for our conversation (see
my other email).
