I have finally completed a book that has taken about 8-9 months to proof and
need help with a few items in the book. If anyone can see if they can get the
information from google books or their library for me I would greatly
appreciate it.

page 64-scrambled text. The last sentence on page 63 is as follows:

On page 106, it seems that I'm missing a word. The sentence is:
