Hi all,
Kim, What I do when proofing is I enter the original file with Word.
Then, I save it as the filename of the book title minus my hold-for
etc. When it comes time to upload, change the title when you get to
the screen that says change the metadata below blah, blah, blah. Just
delete the "hold_for_Kim" and leave the book title.
