I am proof reading D-Day, June 6, 1944: The Climactic Battle of World War II
by Stephen E. Ambrose.  I am having trouble on page 304 of the book.  The
sentence the error occurs in and the beginning of the next one are below, in
case somebody can do a peak on Amazon or something.  

 

Colonel Johnson did manage to take the lock at La Barquette and establish a
small bridgehead on the south bank, but he could not expand it and was
pinned down by fire coming from Heydte's paratroopers in St.-C6me-du-Mont.
He had no contact with any
